Since when did centrelink stop putting people on hold and just start having the auto bot thing hang up on them!? tried so many different numbers and routes and then I'M the problem for continuing to try again? and you can't google centrelink numbers and call those either anymore.

I need to sort some things out for my partner who is working a full time job so can't go in himself.

I've called so many times they won't even let me keep trying, like what happened to putting people on hold if there are so many calls OR suggesting a call back??? I can't even call the complaints line because I'm met with the same message and then hung up on, and cause it's a Friday I can't do anything but call. (I have a baby so it's too late to go back out in the rain.) I'm going to have to end up waiting until Monday to go in physically, and then he's most likley going to get his payment cut off anyway, yay. If you can't tell how exhausting such a simple thing is I don't know what else to say honestly...

The online/call aspect of Centrelink is so messy it's ridiculous and crazily stressful.
