is anyone having issues with their sky glass voice control? every time i try to use the blue button the remote the tv says “sorry i can’t do that” and if i say “hello sky” i get no response from the tv is there a way to fix this
i was having issues linking my account with the tv, i contacted sky and they explained i would need a sky package to which i re set up my account and started paying for a sky again, if i use sky go everything works like sky tv etc however when i tried linking my tv to the account i have no issues no error message however it doesn’t update on the tv just sit on the screen with the linking code, i didn’t know if this was a known issue or not any help would be appreciated i just hope i didn’t waste money buying this tv.
