Hey! I had an incident a week and a half ago where the maintenance man (Cody Sherman of Tricities) for my building broke and entered my apartment (Hudson West on Broadway) to ask me to have sex while my baby was sleeping right next to me. Greystar management company has not moved him out yet and he still works in the building. To be clear he lives and works in the building still. Even with a protective order in place Greystar refuses to fire or evict this guy (Cody Sherman from Tricities). Does anyone know what we can do? We were planning to sue Greystar for moving costs because so far they have not offered to help in any way. Cody also owns firearms and those have not been taken away. My husband and I are afraid he will get drunk again and shoot at us because he is drunk every night. Does anyone know what else we can do? Thank you! 🙏

Hello, I am an American citizen. My mother is Bengali. She grew up all over India because her dad was a hydroelectric engineer but mostly lived in Delhi. Her father and her had a great relationship but he passed in 2000. Now my grandmother (dida) is dying in Kolkata and says she will give all of the money my dadu made to her son Abhijit who also lives in Kolkata. My dadu would have wanted my mom to get half or at least something from his inheritance. My dida has borderline personality disorder so she felt betrayed when my mother left India to go to the states with my dad who is a white doctor. My dad completely took advantage of my mom and divorced her when she was too old to go back to work. My mom did not tell her mother that my dad divorced her because my dida will ridicule her for leaving India. How can we get the money that my mom deserves from her father who loved her very much and surely put her in his will? She does not want to sue because she thinks we will lose and that the Indian justice system takes years and years to finish a case. What can we do?
