Why are countries not willing to band together in the fight against global warming the same they did against the ozone layer thing?
So my understanding is that the holes in the ozone layer were basically fixed by countries implementing various policies together. Why can’t we do the same against climate change right now when the effects are literally felt right now across the globe every year?
