I was moved from PRO to PRO+ after only two days of trading. (And the process took over a month).

I only traded MNQ on those days; I only trade MNQ and MYM markets.

And it turns out that because I didn’t take any trades in MYM on those two days in PRO, I didn’t activate the CBOT exchange to be available in my PRO+ account??? This seems unreasonable. Now if I want to have access to MYM, I have to pay $156 monthly fee.

Are other traders aware of this?

I’ve been using Codex to create indicators for TradingView very successfully, importing the pinescripts into editor, saving n applying to chart.

Curious if creating indicators is as straightforward for NT8? Any out there experience in similar?

I’ve been asked for address verification document; it seems it can’t be a screenshot; so are they looking for the hard copy of the document and it’s scanned? Any others experience with this to steer me straight, I’m a month going from PRO to PRO+ just to get this nonsense dumped in my lap.

I qualified an account, and two days later (both profitable) I got an email saying I was being moved to PRO+. That was on 9th July, and I have heard nothing since despite numerous attempts to solicit some sort of support response.

Any advice or suggestions here, I can’t even trade my PRO account while this is ongoing. After all the positive things I’d heard about TPT, I’m not too impressed. Tia.
