I can't seem to find information on *booking dates* for the boat tour. I see "no reservations needed" which would imply we can just buy tickets, but I'm trying to get them a month in advance while we book everything else for our trip and it's not super clear. Any help would be appreciated.

Finally hit VIP with Seki after 4 days of garbage standard contract runs. I finished the priority quest line at like Seki rank 16, so this was abysmally slow.
Anyway, here's all the VIP weapons with their associates runner skins.

Myself and a handful of other rooks went through Command Wing and this guy couldn't find the exit under the final room.
