Bought a set from brickvivid, Hogwarts and about half way through had to throw it away. Pieces not clicking and constantly falling off, pieces not lining up correctly. I’ve built plenty of Lego brand so know it’s not a skill issue, only bought to give them a try… highly regret that know. Time and money wasted. Their customer service is located in China so if you message them don’t expect any reply until middle of the night our time, so conversations are impossible or to have unless you’re a third shift worker. When I told them about the build problems and pieces not clicking together and falling apart was told that’s a “common problem” and I should send pics and videos for help, (how are you going to help this issue).
