Laptop Suggestions?

My 8 year old Dell Inspiron 2in1, which has gotten me through three online degrees, is finally crapping out. I'm at the point where I either need to replace the motherboard with a refurbished one (soldered in ram, smh!) or just buy a brand new personal device so that I can continue remote work.

I've alway had a Dell that ran Windows, although i'm open to other laptop brands that can handle lots of multi-tasking, running software apps, good camera and mic, good battery life, ect which also run Windows.

Not too concerned about the price point right now, so any and all suggestions are welcome! :)

Middle School Curriculum Needs Survey

I'm an elementary teacher partnering with a local edutainment business over the next few months to transform some of their activities into more practical, standards-aligned, low- to no-prep curriculum that can be easily implemented in middle school classrooms.

As part of this project, I'm conducting research to better understand the curriculum needs of middle school teachers based on their personal classroom experience. Your feedback will help ensure these resources are engaging, practical, and designed to meet the real needs of teachers and students.

I was finally pushed over the edge today.

I've been working at my current school for the past four years fulltime. In short, I have experienced a significant amount of mistreatment and a lack of support from other staff members. Despite these challanges, I have done what I needed to do to stay professional and resilient. However, today I've finally been pushed over the edge. Why? Because while I was trying to reinforce safety expectations at recess, another para let her daughter (who is a student) and her group of friends argue at and mock me while stating that they didn't have to follow my directions. Like, she dead ass was just stood there and watched as this group of 5th graders kept escalating and mocking me. Didn't step in to help. Didn't even to step in to redirect her shitty daughter. This isn't the first time i've noticed this has happened. They just goes to work and let's her kid act like a massive piece of hog shit towards the other teachers.

I'm not going back to work for the rest of the school year, and I'm SO relieved I was able to get myself placed at a different school moving forward.
