We are looking to add a female moderator to the moderator team.

The role requires an ability to be attentive to details and a strong sense of responsibility.

Your responsibilities would be(among others):

1. Approving/Declining profiles/posts
2. Responding to modmail
3. Investigating and closing user reports
4. Acting on reported comments
5. Documenting SOPs

Initially, you will be guided through the whole process and how to perform each action. Once there, you will need a "can do" attitude.

Please know that this is an implementation role rather than a decision making one. We are happy with how tight the community is and the direction its going in. However, upon encountering newer problems, you will have an opportunity to share your solution.
