I don't understand why they would place me in D2. I went 25/3 and the enemy team ff'd after 3 minutes in the placement game.
Is it even worth playing this game anymore? I was hoping to get iri quick.
The team balancing algorithm for solo Qs is impossibly bad.
It's like they want to.punish you for soloQing. Solos need to prioritize finding other solos, not squads of any size.
Since I started playing ranked play in season 4, I noticed that the game would almost exclusively put me up to play against 4 stacks. I would lose most of these games because the 4-stacking team has an unfair communication advantage over randoms that get put together (at best); at worst these would be teams that scrim together and have set strategies to play maps optimally).
Forcing me to exclusively play against 4 stacks has gotten egregious to the point where I am going to start documenting my lived experience of Black Ops 7 ranked play.
First of all, let me preface this by saying I am not sure that this mode in the game is called 'ranked play' because it is not competitive in the slightest - between cheaters, inconsistent servers (including bullet reg), hidden mmr, and, perhaps most importantly, objectively unfair matchmaking algorithms, this mode does not convince at all that it has a slither of competitive integrity.
In response to the last point, I have seen my W/L reach a low of 0.6. My K/D is 1.55 and my SPM is 340. I am not a bad player. I am objective oriented and am the player who would always play for spawns, have the most OBJ score on my team - I carry bomb in SnD, have most hill time 9/10 games in HP, and end the match with the most overloads on my team.
Due to the fact that my W/L was already 0.6 when I started for the night, there's no argument to be made that the algorithm is trying to force my W/L to 1, which should mean I actually need to win matches. As such, I find it extremely alarming that the overwhelming majority of my matches are against coordinated 4 stacks that beat my team convincingly. I have finally started documenting it and will share the results.
Note that there is a healthy and diverse pool of players (including soloQ only players), so why is every single one my games against 4 stacks? Why can't I find other solo or atleast duo players? This is unfair and not competitive. My W/L is already 0.6, there is no argument that can be made that says this matchmaking gives me a fair chance of winning. The developers need to acknowledge this as a major issue and change the matchmaking algorithm so that solo players play other solo players.
I finish top of leaderboard 9/10 times with most kills and obj score but every match is against a 4 stack.
Ranked should measure individual skill. Not how good people are at 4 stacking. Please give us a solo playlist. In my region every game I play is against 4 stacks which is extremely unfair. This will also reduce paid boosting which will make the game much healthier.
Solo queueing is the only true way to measure individual player skill.
-10 rank adjustment why? They had 2x crim 2; 1x crim 1; 1x dia 2.

Every single match is me solo vs a 4 stack. It just gets boring after a while win or lose. I think ranked would be in a the best spot it has been in years if they can give us a solo/duo queue only playlist and restrict 4 stacks to only play against other 4 stacks.
It has taunt built in so you're guaranteed utility from it and the fact that the standard card's attack goes to 2 minions instead of 1 just makes it seem way too strong compared to other tier 6 cards.
This card steals games in the cheesiest ways. It plays around stats (even worse with Titus) and, if paired with undead, plays around scam as well.
Too strong - It needs to be a dragon only and/or only send attack to one minion in standard form.
