Gamblers are not Stackers - 24th July - China

They dont own the gold fully. They rent it and gamble upon it. They wont be taking ownership as they have to pay in full for that. Then own it and do what? Gamblers wont pay big to look at a chunk of gold in a safe ! They will just move to another trade. If the slot machine breaks in Vegas does he go home until its fixed ???? No he moves right along to the next one.

China is banning retail paper gold trading on July 24th. Thoughts?

Major Chinese banks are shutting down leveraged retail paper gold accounts this Friday.

With spot around $4,000, do you think this forces Chinese investors into buying real physical bullion and drains Western vaults? Or is it just macro noise? Price here in West after 24th?
