US specific post because our Healthcare system is uniquely awful. But how does anyone afford having a chronic illness?! My copay for my doctor visit is over $100 and he wants to check in every 3 months when adjusting meds. I just started Xywav and my copay is $6k per refill. I got the coupon but apparently that's only 18k per year. It's less expensive for me to be unemployed than pay for the meds that make work possible!

I'm super lucky in having a supportive spouse. If I needed to not work, we could make it work. But I'm planning to just go back on Armodafinil only and take a two week med break every couple months to make it be remotely effective. And I guess go on blood pressure meds. Oh! And my insurance won't cover Armodafinil because I have IH. Thank God for GoodRx or I would just be sleeping all day everyday.

Sorry, I'm just fed up and exhausted mentally as well as physically.

I've noticed that I've been preferring the solo games lately but they almost always require a SE or Legendary booster so it's harder to play them. Are there any similar games but solo? I tried Candy Crush but it didnt really do it for me.

I just started Xywav this week. I've had 2 nights of 2.25g 2x and one night I missed my alarm so I only did 1x.

I am at least as sleepy as usual if not more. I took armodafinil in the morning yesterday and I got through a 4th of July party but then went home and slept for 3 hours. I took my second dose at 2am this morning and I'm just getting up now at 130pm.

Does this get better when I'm on the right dose? Please let me know what to look for as I'm taking this - good and bad.

The inside of one of our home windows is wet after this most recent storm. The windows themselves seem like they're closed correctly but the frame has a crack going all the way around it.

I'd rather not drop 10k on a whole house of new windows right now so I'm really looking for a company that is reasonable, will check our other windows, and would be willing to NOT do the entire house (that's all I ever see advertised).

We live in Bay View and the house is probably 100 years old but these windows are in the new addition, if that matters.
