Myoclonic jerks

I have been struggling with severe sleep deprivation for 6 months now. When it first kicked off I was awake for eleven days with a 4 hour nap somewhere during one of the middle days. Anyway, I developed myoclonic jerks that would trigger every. Single. Time. I was about to fall asleep. I kept going to the clinic and they kept prescribing different sleep aids. Nothing worked, eventually they gave me Klonopin and the myoclonic jerks stopped and I could fall asleep. The thing is I have still been struggling with the sleep deprivation really bad without the jerks, then they returned last night. I went to the clinic again and they said they cannot prescribe Klonopin again. Now I don't know what to do because I have a mount Everest size amount of sleep debt and the closest appointment with my primary care doctor is two weeks out. Last time I could not get any amount of sleep at all due to these jerks. I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to do since now I'm basically being forced to stay awake for twelve straight days since I'm going to be stuck with these jerks without Klonopin. Any possible other OTC meds or otherwise that can stop the jerks ?

How should I progress?

I have two companions or whatever they're called. One is hyper medic focused, the other is for pathfinding and spotting. My main character is of warrior origin and is mostly strength. My renown is about 300ish, my army cap is 70 I have my army mostly comprised of swadian knights and nord veterans (on their way to becoming huscarls). I haven't worked on my relationship with my faction too much, the swadians. My weekly take home is about 2k. I mostly put up ironworks and wineries in a few places. What would be my next move of advancing my position vs the realms? Just do quests for lords in my faction?

Not sure what to do

It's been about 6 months straight now where I get 0-2 hours of sleep most nights. I have constant headaches and my eyes burn every single day. It's a nightmare to fall asleep it feels like I have to manually breathe because my body just won't do it automatically. And the rare instance I can actually fall asleep I wake right back up within 1.5 - 2 hours with my heart racing. I have yet to get a sleep study. It feels like I'm just going to die if this keeps up. I'm in such misery and it feels like it's only getting worse with no way to get the proper help I need.
