Hi so I work in service and my manager changes the upcoming roster EACH DAY. Like she deletes the ones for the upcoming week and remakes it every single day, so I never really know what I'm working for the next day until the night before. But today I asked if I could have a shift that ends before 5pm next Sunday(the 31st) and she didn't respond to it but instead just wrote in the group chat that she can't change the roster to peoples availability less than 2 weeks in advance. BUT SHE CHANGES THE ROSTER LITERALLY ONE DAY IN ADVANCE AND DOESNT EVEN ASK IF ITS OK WITH US. It's so fucking annoying. Is it like this at other Coles or am I just cooked. I low-key miss working at subway where my shifts were the same every week.
