It’s been a decade since I’ve been down to the 3rd of July fireworks. How early do you need to be there? Where are public spots available? Any tips?

Is there an organization or even just people with advanced knowledge offering French (and Spanish if possible) lessons? Looking specifically for an elementary age kiddo with basic French vocabulary.

Anyone know if there’s a place that does pedicures for less than 50.00? I can’t believe the prices charged for shitty work.
