Hi guys I wanted to let you know be careful when you buy BenQ monitor.

I bought EX2710R on May 8 2023 with 30k for PS5 and in May 9 2026 it stopped working when contacted with support they are saying it’s out of warranty and they can’t do anything about it not when asked about this quality issue they repeat the same warranty.

Believing the quality of BenQ I even bought EW270Q now I am wondering should I sell it or not.
I wrote a lengthy mail explaining this issue to the support hoping they will give any positive reply and based on this I will decide what to do with my other monitor.(update got the reply and Same response it’s out of warranty )
Did anything similar happen to guys ?
