Dementia And Statins

Recently i was put on Atorvastatin for Cholestrol. it's not bad just 5 but as I'm Diabetic Nurse said it's a bit higher than they'd like it to be.Now someone in another Diabetic group as just told me Statins cause full blown Dementia in a few years!!😳 I can't believe the Nurse as put me on them and they cause that.Im only young well not young young but young compared to some Diabetics.I turned 54 in August. If I could get it down without them surely she would have said but now I'm worried I don't want to end up with that.As this happened to anyone on Statins on here or do u know of someone who as developed Dementia from Statins?

What will life be like in centuries to come?

Ages ago back when Dinosaurs etc lived and cave men and the Birds were pterodactyls if the ppl back then saw what our Animals looked like now I wonder if they'd think how weird they looked like we do about Pterodactyls compared to our Birds today? Wonder why they looked like that and now they're small and cute?🤔

Urine Incontinence

I'm 53 very self conscious of my body, Female. No kids stl a Virgin and I'm incontinent and overweight 280lbs to be exact.Over 11 years ago I got the most excruciating pain I have ever felt in my life!!😩never had it since though thank god!! In my bladder. It brought me to my knees and I was crying. My Dad was asking me "What's wrong!!!"panic in his voice I couldn't speak I finally got up when it had gone and got to the couch and lied down.It felt like a twisting pain!! Just seems weird that I've never had it since.I wasn't incontinent before this occured so I can't help thinking it's the cause. But now I can't hold my urine to get to the toilet and also some times I don't feel like I've fully emptied my bladder.Im T2 Diabetic and I know that can happen in Diabetics too.I've been putting off going to a continence clinic bcos of the thought of someone looking at me down there.I'm worried bcos I've read on Google untreated Incontinence can be dangerous!! I never knew that!!😳As anyone ever been to a continence clinic in the U.K that can tell me is It humiliating,do they have more than just one person in the room with you at the time etc? Tia
