I'm helping a growing SaaS startup build a scalable customer lifecycle system before we launch to a larger user base. Rather than stitching together multiple disconnected tools, we're looking for a CRM that can manage customer communication, subscriptions, and lifecycle automation from a single platform or through seamless integrations.

Our goal is to automate the entire customer journey, from pre-launch signups to long-term customer retention.

We're particularly interested in platforms that combine CRM functionality with customer lifecycle management, marketing automation, and subscription workflows, rather than focusing solely on traditional sales pipelines.

For SaaS founders and product teams, which CRM has worked best for managing onboarding, customer communication, subscription events, and retention?

Just formed my first LLC and I'm trying to decide where to open a business bank account.

The business is still in its early stages, so I'm not expecting a huge amount of revenue for the first year. I'm mainly looking for something that's easy to manage, has low fees, and won't make everyday banking more complicated than it needs to be.

I've come across several online business banking options, but I'm not familiar with most of them. At the same time, I'm wondering if it's better to go with a more established bank that has physical branches.

I run a small niche media company that sells digital subscriptions. Most subscriptions are billed monthly, but the majority of our customers choose to pay annually.

I'm looking for a simple CRM to manage our current and former subscribers. The main things I need are contact management, customer segmentation, task tracking, and ideally the ability to send emails directly from the CRM.

We only have a few hundred paying subscribers, and there will be just one person using the system, so I don't need anything overly complex or enterprise focused.

What CRM would you recommend for this type of business? What has worked well for you?

I'm not clear on what their role is or whether it's worth paying for a registered agent service.

If you formed your own LLC, did you act as your own registered agent or hire a service and please can you highlight their main roles?
