So when the Ambassador asks for more food, Worf takes his same plate back up to the buffet without using a fresh plate. Doesn't everyone know not to do that? And in the same scene, why does Troi allow her ambassador to eat off her fork and then use it for herself?
Even if there are no concerns about germs in the future, isn't that just considered disgusting irregardless?

I know I first have to get renter's insurance to get umbrella insurance. But do I really need umbrella insurance? And if so, who will sell it to me if I don't have a car and do not drive?
