₹1 crore budget for a residential plot in Chennai - where would you invest ?
I'm looking to invest around ₹1 crore in a residential plot in Chennai.
My plan is to buy the plot in 2026, hold it for around 5 years, and potentially sell it later . I'm not looking to build a house on it right now.
