Movies that feel like Gen X Soft Club aesthetic?
Yes, I'm just as surprised by people labeling some obscure visual style this way as much as the actual Gen X. Nevertheless, what qualifies here?

I saw this video some time ago and it's slowly driving me crazy. To sum it up, this voice actor named James Arnold Taylor is telling a story of how he redubbed the entirety of narration done by Billy Bob Thornton's costar and we know that:
-this is a movie made quite some time before 2018
-it was not very successful and you also can't find it on Netflix, so quite obscure overall
-Thornton's costar plays a character who in the final cut also narrates the movie and does so quite often throughout it, delivering long pieces of exposition
-said actor had to leave after filming to do another movie abroad, if that also helps. Hence the audio that needed to be fixed by Taylor
-as generally the case with ADR, the final result probably sounded very similiar, but ultimately a tiny bit different than this actor's regular voice
Can any Thornton afficionado help me find this?
Edit: Found it, it's The Smell of Success (2011) with his rather obvious imitation of D.W. Moffett as it turns out
