Ontario - 888Casino - Has Anyone reported to AGCO?

Posting about 888Casino - In my short months of online casino gambling i've never had a provider take +3 days to release a withdrawal request, let alone 2 weeks, let alone months like i'm seeing some issues on here lasting for.

I have reached out multiple times to see if they need more information for verification which I will happily provide, I have received a response saying, "our processing times are listed on the site." which say like 24-48 hours. It's actually insane. I can't figure out the work around for the live chat bot, it's so slow and just keeps directing me in circles even when I ask for an agent. Was reading the AGCO standards for online gaming and if I don't get a great response from support, I will be filing a formal complaint with them as in this VERY limited experience with 888 i believe these are valid concerns.

Anyways, just curious if anyone has filed a complaint with AGCO and what has come out of it? I sent another follow-up to support today but if I don't get a response that answers my questions, that will be my next move.
