How does a person join a tribe, when they were adopted out and have no records to prove history. I only have a DNA test showing that I am half native.

My friend got a new gamertag with her Microsoft account. When she tried to join my world (PS5) I didn't recognize it and I blocked her. Now , she can't join any of my worlds, NOT realms, worlds. Mojang couldn't help, they sent me to Microsoft and Microsoft won't let me get past the AI agent. So, who can walk me thru step by step on how to unblock this person. Again we are both playing on PS5. Any help is greatly appreciated.
