Finally got round to starting Hive and was pleasantly surprised to see him thanking the people (rejects) he worked on Darktide with like Mathew Ward

Did anyone else have a pretty miserable experience painting this model?
Next to impossible to build it in subassemblies and that cloak join really messed when the smooth cloth (which I struggle with enough already!)

I wasn’t planning on getting the new one but after finishing I’m really glad I did, he’s huge and a really cool model (once you swap out that rather odd new head).

I also changed his right shin and swapped his sword for the one from the ultramarines upgrade sprue.

Not really excited by this release but I do like reading Guy Haley and Rhuairidh so would pick it up if I knew they were writing about armies I care about.

Does anyone know which is which?
