Internet do your thing and criticize me. My trim needs work.

Ok so I always want to be better at diving and I think my trim needs work. I have over 150 dives under my belt mostly in tropical water, no wetsuit, tusa fins, 3 mil booties. My legs are always negative buoyant a little bit. I’ve tried carrying a 1 lb weight in hand and holding it in the Superman position, moving my weights up my tank, moving my bc all the way up where my head is just poking out of it like a turtle sucked into its shell, bending my knees where they touch the bottom of the tank… but no matter what without small consistent “flips” my legs will sink. I go out a ton with very very experienced guides (talking 10k plus dives) and none of them have suggestions, no one is able to point me in the right direction, and everyone says I’m just fantastic and they don’t notice it… but I do. All my safety stops end in the vertical position because I just can’t stay horizontal. I would like to keep my same fins because they break down and allow me to travel carry on. Thinking of trying maybe 5mil booties. Any other tips, suggestions, or criticism?

Ear bud use

For those of you in manufacturing. Do you allow ear buds? Do you have a blanket policy or job based policy? Just interested in everyone’s thoughts.

Got stuck between a concrete wall and a truck and ended up running over a road cone. I assume I’ll have to replace the whole bumper and some parts as well. Any suggestions on where to get the parts or the bumper to get? I need to dig to find out what other parts than the bumper were damaged. Just looking for a little help as I’ll probably replace myself after getting a shop to paint it. Thank you so much in advance.
