Colombia Huila La Primavera Pink Bourbon - Washed.

SR800 W/ Razzo shooting for a nice light roast. 12.9% loss. 41% dry, 46% Maillard, 13% development, total roast 7:57. Really happy with the results on these, both from the profile and the visual of the beans. Still need to work on the RoR a bit but still a solid roast. Gonna let them rest a few days but can’t wait to brew them up in a V60!
