I went through all the previous steps and ended up accepting the $7,000 offer given for my trade-in vehicle. The step on the app was completed (green check mark + "Completed").

Then I just received a message saying it's been expired after 30 days and the $7,000 value is no longer valid. I guess my question is: is this normal? Again, I definitely accepted the offer so I'm a bit confused. I messaged back inquiring about this and they said they could request a new offer but 'the updated value may differ based on current market conditions'.
