My back garden grass has started getting yellow but no idea why. Obviously we’ve had plenty of rain and it’s not hot enough to yellow the grass like a summer sun would. I’m new to owning a garden so any advice is appreciated, thank you.
We trimmed back/thinned our hedge recently, and then went back and removed the roots and soil where the bottom was. (took about 20 hours!) Our plan next is to water blast the remaining soil on the driveway bit but the exposed dirt/roots are still a bit of an eye sore. Could I plant some ground cover type plants there at the bottom? or should I create some sort of boarder to retain the roots? all advice welcome… I don’t have a huge budget. Thank you!
