My TOC were negative for five months after first line treatement until I treated strep b… and it come back (been fully abstinent)

I did 4 TOC since mid February (I had ended 14 days of Doxy and the dose of Azithro in the guide) which all came back negative, had ongoing symptoms, tested positive for strep b, treated strep b, felt good for two weeks. Then starting to have symptoms or urea returned. I have been completely sexually inactive for over a year. My TOC came back positive for UP at 10.2 UFC… it was 10.8 UFC when I treated in January. Is there anything else I should try alongside second line treatment?

Following up on the study of Mark Bear

Hi everyone, I’ve received a few DMs regarding my last post on the study conducted by Mark Bear at the MIT on restoring vision in the amblyopic eye. It seems that some of its experiment has worked. I was thinking that if you’re interested I could get all the questions we have in the comments and following up the email thread I already have with him.

I am notably wondering if his technique could work between eyes which have high power differences in myopia (I am -21 in my amblyopia eye and -9 in my « good eye »)

Hi! I was diagnosed late December after suffering 6 months. Both my last TOC are negative after 16 days Doxy and the dose of Azithro recommended in the guide but I’m still really struggling with symptoms of dysuria and general burning. Doing PFT twice a week. Vaginal swab comes back good although with high colonies of strep b although not in high enough quantity that it causes vaginosis. I’m really at loss although most of my symptoms have disappeared I am really still struggling with the burning. I am trying not to believe it is a bio film infection in the bladder. Has anyone got any advice?
