Found this two today at marketplace, buying the upgrade packs for S2, is the dlc worth it?

I've started and never finished this games before because they were either borrowed or pandemic made my sell them but I finally got them back and also got the matching controller when I bought the switch 2 a month ago. I'm buying the discounted upgrade pack for BoW, should I buy the dlc too? Or should I just wait until I finish the game? My last save file it's probably on my third divine beast.

Finally decided to upgrade and it was totally worth it. (Also didn't expect I'll end up buying so many accessories!)

I was hesitant for a year as I mainly play Pokemon but with all the 3rd party support and FF7 trilogy releasing on the switch 2 I finally decided to move on from my 5 yo set up of Series S & Switch and now I get the best of both! I don't really care it's a less powerful console, I can't really distinguish from 1080 or 4k anyway lol, but I do love having portability as a lifelong handheld gamer.

Didn't expect I'll have t- no let me rephrase, I'll get to buy so many accessories! Got the JSAUX split case and grips, funlabs luminescent controller, JSAUX thumb grips, AM Film screen protector and an ANAPRO backpack. I don't usually spend on myself so It's been a fun journey 😁

I only have series S, should I play it there or switch 2?

I know this are the worst versions of the game, I currently have a series S and Im planning on buying a switch 2 at some point. I used to think I'll get a series X or PS5 are some point but right now I might as well wait for next gen ( or some handheld PC Alternative but those usually cost much more) in a couple of years unless I get a second hand good deal.

But back on topic, I played the demo in series S and it was fine but I can't shake the feeling that this whole open world (I played Remake in PS4 and series S) is going to get a little tiresome on the TV and I'm intrigued by being able to play it in handheld mode and take it with me on the road or during night shift.

So I would like some advice for those that have played the demo on S2 or have some insight on what should I do. Honestly I'm inclined to go to Walmart and get a S2 and just sell the series S or keep it as back up if I don't get a decent price, play rebirth until fire emblem or Pokemon new gen come out. But that route is $500-$600 compared to like $30 for pre-order digitally and just wait until I really need the S2.

Sorry for the long post I really need to clear my mind lol

EDIT: Forgot to add that losing achievements/trophy's is low key kind of hard to accept but might get used to it, same with 60 fps.
