Hi,

I am working with a SAAS industry from past 9.5 years in a product support role, managing operational processes leading a team and now I am thinking of switching to the product manager role with very basic knowledge. As this Product role really excited me and would wanted to do something good. But skeptical about my decision whether I should take this call or no, as completely switching my career path from support to PM. Need suggestions whether this will be a right decision or not?

I have multiple cards but still struggling to earn more rewards points from them. And also wanted to close some of them. Need a better idea on how to maximise rewards points

1. Amex rewards - doing 1500*4 transaction monthly & 20000 spend monthly - to gain points - Any other thought on this card

2. HDFC regalia gold

3. BOB Eterna

4. IDFC first wealth

5. ICICI Amazon Pay

6. Scapia Visa

Help me in getting more reward points and which one to use and which one to close

My company bought the GHI of ICICI Lombard, and i had a really bad experience with ICICI Lombard. The first initial cashless approval took 18 hours—their original TAT is 3 hours; this is the worst The next settlement at the time of discharge took - 8 hours—we were waiting from morning, and nothing had been done for 8 hours just to get the final clearance. That too—my bill amounts to 137,000, but they give me only 90,000 rupees. Worst still to come. They asked me to apply for pre- and post-operation reimbursement bills, and when I am trying to upload them, they are accepting only 1 PDF file, and that too with only 5 pages. How can this be possible? My blood test report is 9 pages + Echo + ECG. Medicine bills + OPD bills—this is really the worst experience with ICICI Lombard, and I would recommend never buying this insurance policy.

Me and my friend applied for the schenegen visa- first of all I must say bhaiya documentation tho itna the ki - kya hi bolu. Somehow we managed to arranged all the documents and took the appointment at the embassy. And we started preparing for the document. Till the last day we collected all the documents everything, arranged them in the same order as required by embassy and we left for the embassy. When we reached at the embassy just before we enter the building my friend asked me --- Did you brought your passport.--- I was surprised to hear that.

But I must say the best part is - VFS delhi team helped him and asked him to get your passport in another 2 hour we will let you in. And he managed to arranged his passport after 2 hours of the time slot and they allowed him the entry through Premium lounge and he managed to complete his all formalities

However they upsell the premium lounge but the service at normal lounge at VFS Delhi is way faster than premium.
