What do I do? ):

Only learned about these guys about a day ago, and it's growing in a place I can't easily access (between cement and wood). I've already reported it to the invasive species tracker site (I'm in Canada). On the other side of the wood, there's some leeks and onions growing that I'd rather not harm, but I'm assuming I can't leave this thing growing. 😭

What are these little dudes, and should I be worried for my plant?

I thought maybe they were fruit flies, but I thought their whole thing was decomposing stuff? They decided to move in under my zucchini leaves, and they aren't even paying rent. 😔 I'm in Ontario, Canada. Sorry if it's something obvious!
