Is this a visual bug or a in-game feature? Even if he goes up in overall, after a few days, he goes down as you can see in the first and second image. Does this impact my game at all?

Anyways, I got subbed in and it was a free kick, the opposing team shot it and I tried diving for it and saved it, but then it rebounded back to another oppossing player. He took a heavy touch and I tried to grab it but because it only touched one of my hands, they were able to tap it in and absolutely demolish my thumb. Did I do anything wrong with the clearance or the rebound?
Why is my squad no name, face, or position, 88 overall, and half match fit?
Does anyone know the type of mold this is, if there is any mold at all. Originally, it was Caldo de Res, but I doubt there was any meat in the pot today. And why does it become like this?
