What does the male-symbol necklace mean?

Hello! I'm a new fan to Austin Powers and love the movies (especially Doctor Evil) and I have a pop culture question that I don't understand.

Can someone please explain the significance of Austin wearing the male-symbol necklace? In the opening scene with Vanessa Kensington, he gives her a rather sensual look when the Soldier hands him his possessions and I don't understand why.

How can I create custom tuning in the app?

I pay for the full GuitarTuna app and have a Solar 7 strimg guitar. For ease, I would like to build 3 custom sets so I can access and tune quickly between song changes.

To be specific, I'd like to be able to tune my B string/7th string to G and then the remaining 6 to Whole Step Down/D standard for a really gritty Death Metal sound.
