Has anybody here, after using a semaglutide and losing a significant amount of weight, gone back into it just to tame the food noise?
Since hitting my goal weight and coming off of the medication I’ve found my old eating habits have come back in full swing. I’ve gained back a few kilos, nothing major so far, but I really do not want to keep going in this direction.
Is it possible to stay on a low dose of Wegovy and take it every few weeks to stop food noise? I’m interested if anyone has done this, and if it has worked.
