I’ve ordered the camera a week ago. It should be handled by Parcel Delivery Network and it says it’s in transit “on the flashback app”. But when i open the delivery service website the tracking number doesn’t seem to work. Im worried because if i’m not able to speak to them if there’s any problem and i’m not going to be home i’m not sure what will happen to the camera?anyone else ordered from the uk?
I’ve always kept myself pretty fit and active, doing lots of sports growing up and in my 20s (i’m 27). Four months ago i started to run more seriously doing 5km 2 or 3 times a week plus 10km on a Sunday. During the first week after 4km at 5:20/km pace more or less i started to feel a sharp pain on the side of my left knee. The doctor said it’s very likely the runner knee syndrome and he told me to slow down a bit and do strength exercises which i did. After a bit it got better and it only came on my long runs after a good 8km. Then a couple of weeks ago i started to feel some pain on my shin the day after my usual weekly run and it got a bit worse the following days. So i stopped for a week, did another run which went fine and then it started again. Now after 10 days without running i did 6km and i started to feel both pain on my knee (only on the later stage of the run circa km 5) and a bit of pain on my shin. I feel like i’ve been dealing with this since i started and I’m worried they’ll never go away? Any suggestions on what i should do to properly train and improve both tempo and distance? Ps i use Vomero Plus shoes so very cushioned
