What is backpod/peanut ball supposed to feel like?

I recently just started trying a peanut ball and backpod this past month after dealing with chosto since Feburary, but I don't feel any sort of relief when using it. I can already lay on the backpod flat without any pain in my chest, and using the peanut ball doesn't give me any relief either. I see so many posts saying they have instant relief after using them but my back doesn't even feel remotely tight.

Tingling legs/throat sensation

Was wondering if this was a normal symptom other people have experienced. I feel it the most in the morning when I first wake up. I get this weird sensation in my legs and tightness in the back of my throat. It’s not really a sore feeling, but like a tingling sensation it’s the weirdest thing. It usually goes along with short of breathiness as well.

I don't know where to start please help

I'm a 20 year old male and I developed costochondritis after doing dips in the gym and working out while still being sick, this happened around the beginning of February roughly 6 months ago. After developing the chest pain I thought nothing of it, because I've been dealing with long covid symptoms since I first got it when I was 16. I've also had chronic lower back pain and neck stiffness since the middle of 2023, because long story short I was misdiagnosed with myocarditis in Feb of 2022 after they mistook long covid for myocarditis, and because of this I didn't do any physical activity until the middle of 2023. After being told I actually had a form of long covid I then rushed into vigorous activities like basketball and immediately after I developed my back and neck pain. I'm starting to think chosto is the cause of my back and neck pain catching up to me but I'm not so sure. I wasn't officially diagnosed with chosto until last month, and all they did was prescribe ibuprofen which hasn't done anything for me. In the meantime I've just been icing my chest, and I'm not sure where to start as far as recovery goes. My symptoms are very mild compared to the other experiences I've read on this sub. My chest only hurts when I puff it out or take a deep breath when I put my arms together, but it's mostly a dull pain. I also have a little bit of short breath, but nothing too crazy. And the last thing is I get is this weird sensation in my legs, kind of like they're sore/tingly, which I haven't seen anyone else have. So since my symptoms aren't as intense as others, I'm kind of confused on where to start as far as recovery process goes.

Best lens for football?

I've been shooting mainly basketball for about 4 months now with the Tamron 17-70, and am going to start shooting football in the fall. I'm looking to get another lens, any recommendations?
