Does anyone know how to fix this? It's been saying "loading next milestone" for hours now.

Hey there I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what the "knocking"? Sound is coming from my 2017 Fit. I already had the valve adjustments done. I'm thinking it might be a pulley or tensioner. I'm hoping someone might be able to point me to the right direction. Thanks in advance.
