Getting this piece of shit is my biggest regret please help me i cant adjust the brightnes its stuck on maximum ever since i just restarted my laptop for no reason

And its been a year my predator sense doesnt work

Like i downloaded it but when i open it or press the key to open it nothing happens my cursor loads for a sec but then nothing happens idk why this happens
