Hey Ive just become a certified MIC at Panera Bread and very interested in a corporate position, I was wondering what I'd need to do to get ahead and land a corporate spot in maybe the field operations or support as quickly and comprehensively as possible. I'd also love any tips from any fellow management team members about how to run the best store possible, I'm very competitive and want to show my higher ups I'm an asset to the company.
