Featherlite such worst experience
I have been a featherlite customer for long ago.
I say Don't ever buy chair from featherlite. I say don't
Product not delivered by them, called featherlite their customer support isn't available, then called their courier partner but they refused to deliver it and marked as customer not available. So i picked up the package on my own expenses from the warehouse.
When i reported it to their customer service, the customer service guy said "Who said to pickup the order with your own money" and talked in bad manner. I replied him " it's customer's money and customer has prepaid for the order, So customer has to be concerned about the order"
Package is Broken and damaged while checking at courier warehouse.
After assembling the product i found that the headrest is damaged during shipment. Also the washers of the handrest is missing too.
After talking multiple times, Customer service not reachable/Getting blacklisted for customers who brought their chair. It's reachable in new number.
No proper response from the mail.
They only care about corporate orders, Even tried messaging to u/achel1 "achel1" a director of featherlite but no response.
We are paying these much for money just for a chair for having premium experience, not treated like a garbage.
Remember for the Featherlite you are just one chair out of thousands. They only give priority to corporate orders.
Speaking from my experience.
Also By the way, their chairs are overpriced. You can just visit the local furniture store and select one with better features for the same price, even they providing warranty and shipping the product in good manner.
