How do you handle responding to Google/Yelp reviews? What's your current workflow?
Genuinely curious how other restaurant owners handle this.
I've heard some owners spend 20-30 minutes every Monday just copy-pasting review replies. Others ignore reviews entirely (Google says they factor responses into local rankings).
What's your system? Do you respond to every review, just negatives, or skip it entirely?
