My Polish grandfather pickled green tomatoes every year and they were awesome… on occasion, depending on the weather. I optimized the recipe some 30 years ago often make them in his memory.
Is it futile to request records from Michigan? Out of several requests (and paying), I’ve only ever gotten one record. These requests were direct to the state office in Lansing. Records are over 100 years old. The one I really, really need is a birth record from 1902 (Detroit) if that matters.
This thing is attached to the outside of my house has a telephone connected to it ( from the inside), and another returning to the inside, and connected to a hard wired phone.
Currently having my house siding replaced, and prefer to remove it first, if that’s possible.
