Consider recording yourself opening your boxes.

I'm missing an ounce of wax from my previous order. I reached out to support on Friday when I received the box but got no response until today. That's to be expected since it was the weekend.

I was asked to send them photos of my box and the packaging, which I obliged, but have yet to hear back with any sort of response. The packaging on my box didn't look at all like it had been tampered with. To be clear, I received the other item I had ordered, but not my ounce of wax. I even received the COA for the wax I was supposed to receive, just not the wax.

I'll be honest, I don't know what me taking a photo of a box that's missing something is supposed to prove. If that's what they're really depending on, I don't think I'm going to get a fair response from them. Anybody could fake an ounce of wax missing from their order.

Accidents happen and I'm sure this will get ironed out eventually, but if you're like me, I would record your box getting opened to avoid any misunderstandings if anything is missing.
