Hey I’m a transfer student coming in the Fall, ngl I waited too long getting things done so dorms aren’t an option for me. I’m looking at apartments and blown away at how expensive they are. I’m considering 316Fry (heard great things) and 14fiftyone but haven’t much on the latter. If anyone has stayed at either I’d love to hear your thoughts.

If yall have any other recs on apartments near campus or that are well maintained (trying to avoid bugs and crappy parking) loved the info!
