How to fix ZOWIE XL2586X green line? RMA rejected for no receipt even though it's still under warranty
My XL2586X recently got a vertical green line. The support team keeps looping the same policy reply asking for the receipt.
This was a birthday gift, and although I knew it was expensive, I didn’t expect I would need the receipt to prepare for an RMA so soon. Now it is almost impossible for me to ask for the receipt due to personal reasons. The CS never helps and is very disappointing. The only thing I’m grateful for is that I didn't pay for it myself.
Has anyone had a similar experience or any idea how to fix this problem? Please lmk, thanks!
