I’m working on an AI roleplay/character chat app, and I’d really like to hear from people who have actually used CharacterAI and its alternatives.

I’m especially curious about two things:

1. What features would you most want in a better CharacterAI alternative?

2. What are the things you definitely do not want to see?

3. What is the best platform for you to use it? Mobile or web?

I’m not here to spam a link. I’m still building and mostly want honest feedback from people who care about this kind of app.
