Best 199 Omni set possible right now with 12/6/4 minimum (not interested in waiting for 200, assume the budget is infinite
So I level 8 man teams on fresh accounts 1-200 and do as many achievements along the way as well as the dungeon questlines for fun thats how I play the game and I change a few chars each team to keep things fresh
I have made some really strong sets over the last few years for most level ranges that I use across all my teams
I usually spend a decent amount of time at 199 and do a lot of content at 199 before transitioning to the hardest content and 200 sets

I have tried throwing together something better but I cant find anything that beats it there are a few that are good alternatives but imo the setup above just about edges it overall for most classes.

negatives : 18% less water damage, 9% less earth damage, 140 less vit,
