Canadian, Nova Scotian Breeders/Sellers

Are there any Canadian salamander breeders/sellers at all? In Nova Scotia there are 4 species you can legally buy, but the issue is literally nobody has them. These species include Ambystoma tigrinum, Necturus maculosus, Cynops orientalis, and Taricho torosa. What's the point of these species being legal if nobody can get a hold of them? It's like they don't want us to have salamanders.

Brachypelma albiceps feasting on a nightcrawler (Lumbricus terrestris)

Does anyone else feed their tarantulas earthworms occasionally? Mine doesn't mind them at all.

I'm by no means a complete beginner, but I honestly was wondering what the requirements would be to breed this species in captivity. Has anyone done it? I found this guide by a breeder in Canada claiming they need at least 15 cm of height in order to mate. But I have also read a minimum of 60 cm is required. Can anyone verify this? I assume the care document was written from someone experienced in breeding. They may even be on this subreddit.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
