Do Villa fans honestly think that Villa should be able spend more than Spurs?
I’ve been reading and listening to a few Villa fans and they seemed annoyed that Spurs can spend big even though they finished 17th for two seasons and they can’t spend that much even though they qualified for the UCL, placed higher and won the Europa league. Is this really a view that is held by Villa fans or is it a few fans?
